This is a great test, you can take it for someone else, or take it for yourself. I took it as a spouce, and answered for the DH Web MD ADD Test |

Suspecting my wife may be suffering from ADD, I took this test for her. A score of 25+ indicates severe symptoms - she scored a 29. Very interesting. Thank you thank you thank you.

I strongly recommend the test on Amen's website, which also gives information on the various subtypes of ADD (or ADD with various comorbid disorders, depending on how you look at it.)
