Here's a couple of sites that provide free image hosting. You can also upgrade to a paid account.

To post a picture here, you'll need to register at one of these sites, upload your picture and then insert it into a post by copying the url where the picture is uploaded. Click on the insert image button at the top of your post and then paste the url in between the two bracketed tags.
